This attractive cottage is comfortably furnished and equipped to provide a cosy base for year-round family holidays. Set in Hardy’s Wessex, this superb walking country offers footpaths from the door and is just a short walk away from the sea. Weymouth with its picturesque harbour and Blue Flag beach is just a few miles away. Near to the bus stop with regular service to Weymouth and Exeter. Shop, restaurants, village pub and 14th century church all within 200 yards.

Six steps down to entrance: Ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. Study. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel inc). NSH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. DVD. CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. F/freezer. Wi-fi by arrangement. Large sun deck, enclosed garden and furniture. BBQ. No smoking. NB: Steps in garden.
