Set within 30 acres of grounds on the owners working stud farm and surrounded by peaceful, rolling Dorset countryside with the Jurassic Coastline a few miles away. These three well equipped holiday cottages offer a comfortable base for exploring the area. On the farm is an area with small animals including chickens for children to see (from 2011) and 100 metre walk will take you down by the river. The popular seaside town of Weymouth is 3 miles away with promenade, sandy beach, sea life centre also popular for water sports and sea fishing. Historic interest at nearby Abbotsbury, with its Tithe barn, swannery and tropical gardens or Maiden Castle, an Iron Age fortification just outside Dorchester. Shop 2 miles, pub 1½ miles.
