Beautiful rural setting

Sitting in mature peaceful grounds, this charming, detached, single storey holiday cottage with a family bedroom has been fitted to a good standard with a contemporary feel.

The large garden with its own private drive is surrounded by countryside and many walks through the Devonshire heartland can be found.

There are a variety of water sports on nearby Roadford Lake, approximately 2 miles, or why not try your hand at fishing. Dartmoor National Park is nearby as are the market towns of Okehampton, Holsworthy and Launceston. The beautiful beaches of Bude are a must for surfers, approximately 23 miles, as are Bodmin Moor and the Tamar Valley for nature lovers.

Shop, pub and restaurant 3.5 miles.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom with additional bunk (for children). Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
