Description of Eden

This well presented holiday apartment is situated in one of Cornwall’s most beautiful coastal towns. Fowey has much to offer, from riverside cafes, galleries that showcase local artists and artisans, to tea rooms and local shops. Home to the Royal Yacht Club that boasts an annual week long royal regatta. The river and estuary are home to much wildlife from birds, to seals and even dolphins, activities along the river include kayaking and sightseeing boat trips. A ferry crosses the estuary at either side and can be used to complete a famous local walk. Local activities also include cycling, golf, horse riding or enjoy many of the local country homes and castles. Shop and restaurant 1/2 mile, pub 200 yards.

Stairs to entrance. All on second floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 2 double bedrooms, one (6ft), one with additional single. Bathroom with shower over corner bath and toilet.
