Situated in the idyllic and historic town of Dartmouth, this first floor holiday apartment is one of the few properties set right at the water’s edge, and enjoys spectacular views towards Kingswear and the sea. Furnished to a high standard, it boasts French windows leading to a dining balcony – a mere 20ft from the water – which commands wonderful river views of the estuary, taking in the harbour and the castle at the mouth of the river. Just a 5-minute walk from the town and restaurants such as the Burton Race New Angel, the apartment is secluded and peaceful – well worth descending the steps from the road. Shops 300 yards.
