Description of The Lily Pad
A delightful chalet style holiday bungalow set in the grounds of the owner’s thatched farmhouse, with large private fishing lakes (fishing is included by arrangement with the owner) and winding walks through 2 acres of gardens. New Mills is a small hamlet on the outskirts of the village of Ladock located part way between Truro and St. Austell. The city of Truro is within 7 miles and Newquay is approx 8 miles with its sandy surfing beaches. The Eden Project is only 10 miles, and the chance to explore the Lost Gardens of Heligan. With easy access to countryside and walking, fishing, golf, riding and surfing, this is the perfect quiet base for exploring Cornwall.
