Summerleaze beach is just a five minute walk away, with its natural sea bathing pool. It is close to Crooklets beach and 3 miles to Widemouth Bay. Immediate access to Bude Downs, and the coastal path is yards away. Beautifully presented, this refurbished detached house has an inglenook fireplace in the second living/dining area, and a large, terraced rear garden with lawns and patio areas, the ideal spot for an alfresco supper. To the front of the property there is a large lawned area with patio/table, the ideal place for a lazy breakfast in the morning sun. Just a short walk from Bude’s historic castle and canal, the vibrant town centre with its vast array of good restaurants and bars and its glorious sandy beaches and coastal path. Take a break from driving with plenty of attractions and amenities within walking distance. Stunning coastal and country walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep and tennis, horse riding, moutain boarding, surfing and fishing are all on offer here. If you can manage to drag yourself away then the pretty fishing villages of Padstow, Port Isaac and Rock are well worth a visit and mystical Tingtagel with the legendary King Arthur’s castle is close by. The wild beauty of Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moor are a must for walkers and nature lovers and for a great day out Crealy Adventure Park, Newquay Zoo and the famous Eden Project are all within easy driving distance.
