Description of Jolie Brise

This truly charming, light and airy fisherman’s cottage is set in ’Squeeze Belly’ alley only yards from the small beach and picturesque harbour (view from village). This seaside village offers excellent walking on the South West Coast Path, fishing and quiet sandy cove all within a few minutes. Padstow, 8 miles. Eden Project, 40 minute drive. Shop and pub 50 yards.

Ground floor: 1 double bedroom with beams. Shower room with toilet. First floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Steep, narrow stairs to second floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 1 twin with wooden floor.

Elec stove, elec heaters and elec inc (£25pw Oct-Mar). Bed linen inc. Towel hire. T/cot. Satellite TV. Video. DVD. Stereo/CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. Coin-operated w/machine and t/dryer. D/washer. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Friday to Friday. NB: Parking is approx 350m up hill from the property.
