This delightful fisherman’s cottage spread over 3 floors, is located on the hill approaching the pretty quay of Polruan with its two small sandy beaches, a children’s haven for crab fishing and exploring. There are regular passenger ferries running across the estuary to picturesque harbour village of Fowey and a car ferry from Bodinnick. Fowey has much to offer including sailing, fishing trips, boat hire, river trips and pony trekking. A good variety of restaurants and inns. Shops and pubs 100 yards.
