Just 5 miles from Newquay, famous for its wonderful sandy beaches, rolling surf and excellent nightlife, this comfortable single-storey holiday cottage boasts a country setting. Adjoining the owners’ home it enjoys shared use of their delightful 1 acre garden. Set just off the road between Newquay and St Austell, 10 miles, with good access to Truro, 9 miles. Terice Manor (NT) is 2 miles and there is lake fishing nearby. Ideally placed for the Eden Project, Padstow, Fowey and other wonderful resorts. Shop and pub 1 mile.

All on ground floor: Living/dining room with beams/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin (2ft 6in for children). Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
