Description of Boskensa

Nestling on a hill with glimpses of the sea, this cosy beamed former fisherman’s cottage has been renovated and refitted. One of a pair, it has a number of original features including an ornamental Cornish range and slate flag floors. It is just a short stroll from the beach, harbour, pubs, restaurants and shops. The coastal path is close by which offers spectacular walks with views of the dramatic cliffs and coastline of North Cornwall. From here the mystical Tintagel, Boscastle and the lovely beaches at Polzeath and Rock can be visited. Port Isaac is now best known as Port Wenn from the TV series Doc Martin. Shops 100 yards, pub 200 yards.

Eight steps to entrance. Small, cosy living room with feature range and sash windows, open plan with kitchen/dining room, all with slate floor. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Steep stairs to first floor: Double bedroom. Bunk bedroom.
