From the balcony you can while away many hours watching ships on their passage into Plymouth. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and has lift access from the basement car park. The Cornish villages of Millbrook, Cawsands and Kingsands are just a short drive by car. From Mount Edgecombe you can catch the tiny passenger ferry into Plymouth, and from The Mayflower Steps on the Barbican in Plymouth you can take boat rides across the bay to Cawsands. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
