This independent apartment within the owners house enjoys almost sole use of the swimming pool in a large, well maintained garden. Located between Mediterranean beaches and mountain peaks of the Pyrénées the property provides an excellent touring base. The endless miles of golden sandy beaches of Canet and Saint-Cyprien begin, 34km. Perpignan or Perpinyà, is first and foremost a Catalan city, and today strongly influenced by Barcelona. Its palm-lined squares and good food and wine make it a delightful place to visit. The town of Prades, is a good starting point for excursions into the Massif-du-Canigou, and Saint-Michel-de-Cuxa Abbey is a magnificent example of Romanesque art.
