Description of Breakwater

Situated just an 8-minute walk along the South West Coast Path to the Blue Flag sandy beach of Broadsands, this boutique-style, detached seaside bungalow is decorated and furnished to a very good standard. There are plenty of personal touches: each bedroom has its own dressing gown, hairdryer, safe, iPod dock and TV/DVD. There is a large enclosed garden with sea glimpses through the houses, sun loungers and an outside table for al fresco dining. Breakwater is an ideal base for a family holiday or for friends to get together. There are many activities available locally including 2 golf clubs, go-karting, sailing and bird watching. Take a trip to see Agatha Christie’s summer house, or visit the award-winning zoo. Take a trip in the steam train to Kingswear and a ferry over to Dartmouth for a wonderful day out. There is so much to do here, you will have to visit more than once. Shop, pub and restaurant 3/4 mile, beach 200 yards.
