This quaint village is convenient for the delights of the popular scenery and attractions that West Wight has to offer. It is about a 10-minute drive to the popular sailing town of Yarmouth which has a historic square with traditional inn, restaurants and a pier. The Needles Park is also a short drive with chairlift, boat rides, amusement park and battery. Other attractions to discover include Carisbrooke Castle, Calbourne Mill, Blackgang Chine, St Catherine’s Lighthouse, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Osborne House, Donkey Sanctuary, many wildlife centres, amusement parks and a pearl factory. Water sports, golf, fishing, riding and sailing are available nearby. There is a games table in the garage which includes nine different games. Shop and pub 200 yards.
