Only 4 miles from sandy beaches, this wing of a charming farmhouse dates in part from Regency times. Beside a working farm, along a narrow country lane, the holiday property stands at the head of a valley overlooking Barnstaple Bay to Clovelly. Self-contained, it enjoys shared use of 3 acres of grounds. Braunton (1½ miles) has shops, inns and restaurants. Coast under 10 minutes’ drive. Bird-watching and walking nearby. Tarka Trail Cycle Path 2 miles. Golf 4 miles. Kite surfing lessons and surf school can be arranged (advisable to book in advance). Exmoor 15 miles. Shops 1½ miles.
