It is situated only 100 yards from the start of the famous Hall Walk, providing panoramic sea views of Fowey and the estuary. The Bodinnick Ferry carries cars and passengers across to Fowey and all major routes west, whilst to the east the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro are within easy reach.
The Eden Project is 8 miles away and many other attractions, such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan are also within easy reach. The Daphne du Maurier Literary Festival which takes place in the second week of May and the Fowey Regatta in the third week of August both have plenty to offer.
