Apart from wearing out your walking boots amid the gorgeous scenery, Glencoe also boasts some of the best climbing in Scotland including the mountains known as the Three Sisters.  The Glencoe Visitor Centre is free and offers you everything you need to know about this wonderful area as well as featuring exhibitions, a good café and shop.  For days out, visit Fort William and its steam train, as featured in a Harry Potter film, and exhilarating boat trip on Loch Leven.
