Within an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there’s lots of opportunity for walkers and cyclists on many cliffs and coastal paths. Excitement for water sports enthusiasts with great surfing, as well as horse riding, sailing, golf and heritage all within easy reach of your holiday cottage, unless of course you just want to bask on that beautiful beach…
If surfing is top of your list check out Croyde Surf Club for hiring your gear or brushing up your skills. The South West Coast Path provides fantastic views for the rambler or, if you prefer, take it easy in Croyde’s quaint and highly original Deckchair Cinema. In June, Croyde boasts its own Surf and music festival that boasts 25 live music acts and over 500 competitors. You can also enjoy two championship golf courses down the road in Saunton.
